There's a free new gun available after the update. Yesterday, I used the gifted points and actually got a mythic gun on my first try. That's a 0.1...% chance, feels so good.

I was just rewatching some old videos I recorded and I can't believe how stupid my controls and keybinds were back then. Now I feel like I've grown so much and become really good. Everyone really does grow. Anyone can go from being a noob to a pro. I went from using two fingers to three, and now I'm a four-finger player. I'm currently thinking about switching to five fingers, but I want to get even better with my sniping first, so I've been constantly practicing 1v1s in custom rooms lately. Yesterday, I met a player in a custom room. His sniping was actually pretty good, but he told me he was playing terribly. So I told him it's okay, that it's part of growth. I became like this from that stage too, so you definitely can too. And then we just kept practicing sniping against each other like that.

Honestly, when I play solo, I really want to show off those flashy, skilled plays to my friends. But when I team up with them, I play like an idiot. I think part of it is that I get a bit nervous and scared. Also, I was criticized by some randoms in a 4-player queue on the Taiwan server a long time ago, which might be why I feel more relaxed playing solo than in a group. Naturally, I end up playing better then. And maybe it's also about using voice chat. My phone gets really hot if I don't have a fan on, and if I turn on the mic, I'm afraid my teammates will complain about background noise or something. I have to pay attention to the audio while playing, so I can't really focus. I want to play with my friends, but I'm worried I'll drag them down if I play poorly. I'm really envious of those who can use voice chat without affecting everyone else and play freely. I'm truly envious ಥ‿ಥ
