I didn't play seriously before and didn't know how to complete the Water City quests. Later, I played a bit and found there were hidden quests. In Zone 1, I progressed quickly even without watching many ads. While it's an idle game, it's not to be trifled with. Gifts are every 5 minutes, fruits every 30 minutes, holy water about every 10 minutes (max level holy water should be 20 mins), offline for 2 hours, and random quests in the top left (watching ads for monster invasions in quest recommendations gives the most money; if you need magic stones early on, watch ads). Use gems to upgrade holy water and fruits. Holy water can upgrade many things (ad revenue and offline earnings are great). For fruits, upgrade the wizard to increase the level cap and boost combat power. There will be 6 wizards in Zone 1, the 6th seems the strongest, and their combat power is one of the prerequisites for entering Zone 2. You can use extra gems to draw the highest-tier professors to compensate for not getting high-tier ones from free draws. The timed sprint campus in the top right can be skipped; the reward's cost-effectiveness is too low (magic pets take a long time to appear, and their efficiency is too low), unless you're serious about playing this game. After entering Zone 2, progress slows down significantly, and even watching ads feels slow. I'm also unsure if I can complete the hidden quest sharing guide (money earned online might not be more than the 2x offline reward from ads). Once the shop opens, you have to wait to collect shop money (shop revenue is only significant when online). I don't watch many ads (only a few crucial ones). If you have other things to do, it's better than constantly waiting, which is boring. This is my experience after playing for a while. There are no new hidden quests (instead, dungeons appeared). Update on 9/5: Almost at 500 characters!
