Regarding Creating a Board
Does everyone know that the description on currently created boards cannot be changed? Also, although administrators have the function to delete posts and comments, they do not have the function to kick someone out of the board. Of course, boards cannot be deleted after creation (as of now). Honestly, not being able to change the description is a bit inconvenient, but maybe the developers will gradually improve it in the future. So, if you plan to create a board, please keep this in mind 😄

I wonder if blocking someone I dislike is effective.

Right! I also realized after creating it that the description couldn't be modified. Fortunately, although it's brief, it's generally okay. I think administrators should have the power to mute users on their boards, otherwise, how can they deal with people who mess up the board?
