Self-Cultivation

The greatest self-cultivation is not speaking ill of others in front of them, nor gossiping behind their backs. The highest level of self-cultivation is knowing people without judging them, seeing through things without exposing them. Truly cultivated individuals understand empathy, can put themselves in others' shoes, don't expose others' weaknesses when speaking, don't take advantage of others when acting, don't look down on others, and don't overestimate themselves!
