Midnight Diner ~ Steakhouse (Under Repair)

Volume 4 (Female Student - Part 2) Recap: But seeing my eyes... There was a hint of disdain! Xiao Rui started introducing the environment on his own! Xiao Rui: This is a steak restaurant with 1st and 2nd floors! Although the boss introduced you to the job content earlier. Xiao Rui: I don't know how much the boss has explained? I'll explain it all from the beginning! During work: Wash rags - Wipe tables - Prepare salad bar - Tea dispenser - Refill sauces - Pack cutlery! Guests enter - Seat guests - Take orders - Receive orders - Bake bread rolls - Bake creamy mushroom soup If you notice the salad bar is running low on items! Notify the kitchen to prepare more, and replenish it from the front of the house! After guests finish dining, clear the table. That's all from Xiao Rui's explanation... Xiao Rui: I heard from the boss that today is your first day working! This is also my first time training someone, so ask me anything if you have questions! Then he whispered, 'Ask someone else starting tomorrow!' (Digging a Trap - Part 1) Customers started coming in sporadically! Time ticked past 9 PM... Xiao Rui: It's a weekday today, so it's not as busy as the weekend! Go clean the restroom first. Me: Uh...! I don't think I've been taught how to clean the restroom yet? Xiao Rui: You don't even know how to clean a restroom? No way! Didn't you clean restrooms at school? Just clean it to that standard! I hung a 'Cleaning in Progress' sign on the restroom door and started cleaning. While I was cleaning, two people came in... It was the boss and the boss's wife! After the boss finished using the restroom, he looked uncomfortable. Boss: Is the restroom cleaned yet? Me: I just need to take out the trash and rinse the foamy floor.... To be continued...
