The Strongest No. 1 in Taiwan: San Ma Stinky Pot - Shulin, New Taipei
I've been eating San Ma Stinky Pot since high school. I've tried it in Tainan and several places in the north. Honestly, the one on Xinsu Road in Shulin is still the best. Just look at the crowds lining up every day. The ingredients are generous, and the strongest part is the soup. I really finish the soup every time. If you're passing through Shulin, you must try it. Shulin has many hidden gems that only locals know about. Feel free to visit and be my dining buddy.
