Midnight Diner ~ Steakhouse (Under Maintenance)

Volume 27 (Praise - Mid Part) Recap: Xiao Rui is just a part-timer... Just thinking about it sounds like a tough job! Being capable is one thing, but to gain respect, you need the right time and place. It's not just about being able to talk! Xiao Rui cleaned for about 15 minutes! She came out satisfied, saying she was done! I went in to check... In less than a minute! I was about to order, but I thought for a while... First, I asked Xiao Pei to help her check and evaluate! Afterward, we both confirmed the problem areas! Then I told Xiao Rui, to make sure you're convinced, I just had Xiao Pei check to verify my standards. It's about the task, not the person! We both agreed... it wasn't cleaned properly! I asked Xiao Pei to help check! To leave Xiao Rui with no room for argument! I already knew how Xiao Rui would react! When she finished cleaning, and I pointed out the issues, she'd say, 'How long have you been here, how do you know the standards?' I didn't rush to argue! Me: You took this long to clean the restroom? And there are still so many missed spots! Seeing Xiao Rui about to say something, I preempted her. Me: The restroom can be cleaned thoroughly in 10 minutes, and you... Since you've finished today, I'll clean it tomorrow! You two check according to the store's highest standards! If I pass, you listen to me from now on. If I don't pass! For work matters, you must listen to me, but for personal matters, you can ignore me! Hearing my bold claim, they both had expressions of impossibility! Xiao Rui had just finished cleaning... I let them take turns watching the floor while eating their late-night snacks. Based on my experience closing the store these past few days, I first put away the tea machine. Replenish sauces (cleaning), organize the salad bar, Organize the dishes in the refrigerator below... To be continued...
