Midnight Diner ~ Steakhouse (Under Repair)

Volume 28 (Part 2 of Compliments) Recap: The fridge items are organized below! Stored in the back refrigerator! While they were feasting on their late-night snacks! I had finished most of the table clearing. It was 10:40 PM. When they finished eating, it was my turn for a late-night snack! They were starting to clean up, and discovered there was nothing left to do! The two of them were quite surprised! Boss: Why didn't you tell them about clearing the tables? Why did you do it yourself? Me: Boss, do you trust me? If you do, give me three days! Boss: I trust you! I'll give you three days to prove it! The boss didn't insist or argue! Xiao Rui finished work at 11:00 PM. Before leaving, I asked her to sweep and mop tables 5 to 12. After finishing, she could leave! After she finished, I asked Xiao Pei to check! After Xiao Rui left…. I checked again! I found it wasn't cleaned properly. I asked Xiao Pei to reinforce the cleaning! Me: If you don't check it thoroughly, the parts she didn't sweep, will be your responsibility for subsequent cleaning. Don't slack off just because she's your good friend! Xiao Pei nodded repeatedly! Then Xiao Pei proceeded to sweep and mop tables 1 to 4, and organized the remaining sauces. Preparations for closing the shop, were mostly done. It was already 11:40 PM. I tidied up the remaining unbaked bread rolls and pastries! Put them in the refrigerator and freezer. I just swiped my card to clock out! Just as I was about to leave! I heard someone call me, Xiao Zhi! Xiao Zhi! I looked in the direction of the voice. It was Xiao Pei! How about we go grab some ice cream today too? Me: But I just finished eating! Isn't it a bit much to eat ice cream again? How could I finish a whole serving? Xiao Pei heard this… and got a little annoyed! Xiao Pei… To be continued…
