Adding Usage Guidelines

Sorry everyone, I passed out right after creating the board late last night and just woke up after eating lunch to add this. Didn't expect over ten people to join already 😂 Even if this might just be a temporary community, I'll treat it as an experience and manage it a bit seriously (a bit). Basically, it's still very relaxed. Just don't make any personal attacks or harassing remarks. If I get too lazy to argue with you, I'll just kick you out. Normally, I'd get stuck in a loop asking you a bunch of questions to figure out what your problem is before deciding, but sometimes I'm just too lazy. In those cases, I'll use this tiny admin power I have 😇
