Sunlight after a long time
Seeing the sunlight this morning was so moving. Tainan finally stopped raining. Although people from Yilan aren't afraid of rain, the sudden, intense downpours in the south are too much. People from Yilan are more accustomed to the normal, drizzly rain every day!

You're mistaken. Tainan doesn't not rain, it's intermittent, and the southwest airflow is still very active.
