The Liu Ming-chuan Tunnel (also known as Shih-chiu-ling Tunnel) is indeed Taiwan's first railway tunnel and the only remaining Qing Dynasty railway tunnel in Taiwan. This historically significant ancient site has undergone years of renovation and ecological assessment. * 'Kuang Yu Tian Kai' Plaque: Above the southern entrance of the tunnel, the four characters 'Kuang Yu Tian Kai' personally inscribed by Liu Ming-chuan, then Governor of Taiwan, are still preserved, bearing witness to the modern history of railway construction over 130 years ago. * Dreamlike Light and Ecology: The 235-meter-long tunnel is equipped with a flat and easy-to-walk path, along with romantic light projections. * Address: [No. 129, Chongde Road, Anle District, Keelung City]

This historical site's research is truly detailed. The sense of age carried by the 'Vast Universe Unveiled' plaque is awe-inspiring just to imagine. I bet the romantic lighting and pathway design you mentioned have added quite a bit of modern vitality to this century-old relic. When you visited, did you also feel the pioneering spirit from when it was first established?
