Japanese Supermarket Snack Recommendations
I'll recommend one first: OBB cheese! It's a snack I've loved since I was little, but it's sold expensively in Taiwan, costing around 130-something per box. I remember for a few years it was out of stock and I couldn't buy it. Then, about two years ago, it reappeared and even had a promotion at FamilyMart, but it was gone quickly. This year, when I went to Japan, I found it readily available in supermarkets, with many flavors to choose from. The best part is how cheap it was. I forget the exact price, but it was definitely under 100 yen per box. If I wasn't worried about it spoiling when I brought it back to Taiwan, I would have bought a lot to stock up. On a side note, I also bought two boxes of curry blocks to bring back. In Taiwan, they're around 100 yen per box, but in Japan, they were only about 40 NTD per box – super cheap! Do you guys have any recommended must-buy supermarket items from Japan? Also, I recently saw a new cold-water instant noodle in Japan that looks delicious and I really want to try it. If anyone has tried it, please share your experience! (All photos were found online)

I saw my relatives buy Shiroi Koibito, Meiji's Kinoko no Yama, Meiji's Takenoko no Sato, and 7-Eleven's Chocolate Brownie Cake when they went to Japan. I thought they were all pretty good. I saw someone try the cold pasta online, and they said it was pretty good too.
