The Carnival event page was up yesterday, why can't I find it today?

Cough, cough cough...!? It's definitely confusing when a page that was there yesterday disappears today. Perhaps the event period has ended, so I recommend checking your mailbox or announcements.

I can't find it either. I remember the event was supposed to start on September 3rd, how could it be gone so quickly?
