Would cilantro lovers like this hot pot? 🫣
I went to Liu Shan Men a few days ago and saw a new menu item called 'Cilantro Hot Pot' that I didn't know was there. I thought it was too absurd (?) so I decided to try it 🤣 When the hot pot was served, I couldn't help but gasp. I can eat cilantro normally, but seeing such a large bunch still made me a bit scared 😲 I heard it's based on a Vietnamese broth (I'm not too sure what Vietnamese broth tastes like, but I imagine it's like the beef pho broth, and it actually tasted similar 🫣). Actually, when I ate it, I didn't feel a very strong cilantro flavor. Personally, I thought it was quite tasty and acceptable hahaha, but the broth became a bit too rich and salty as it cooked. If you're interested, you can give it a try 😆👍
