Hand-Shaped Onigiri
When my child was younger, we used to make our onigiri by hand using clear, heat-resistant plastic bags. We'd mix the cooked rice with other ingredients, put an appropriate amount into the bag, and then squeeze and shape it... Once it was tightly packed and sealed at the edges, it was done! No need to wash molds, and the used bags could be repurposed for small trash or food scraps, making them useful for everything.

The actual item looks quite big, but it might be due to the angle. If it's really huge, 1 or 2 would probably be enough to fill you up.

I bought a triangular mold because plastic bags aren't very eco-friendly. You can just rinse it with water.
