New Taipei Jinshan Attraction Sharing

Today I'm sharing a great place to relax in Jinshan – Dapeng Hot Spring Park. This place offers sulfur hot spring water from 100 meters underground, around 70°C. Although the sign says around 42°C, the staff adjust the temperature based on the weather. Like today, it's raining and a bit cold, so it felt like 50-60°C. After soaking for about five minutes, my feet turned super red. I recommend testing the temperature with your toes before fully submerging to avoid getting scalded~ The park is well-planned with a free parking lot, dining and seating areas, and you can even boil hot spring eggs. If you visit in winter, soaking your feet while enjoying the mountain view and eating a hot spring egg would be incredibly enjoyable ☺️ There's also a 2.5km trail nearby leading to Shitoushan Park and the beach. It's perfect for a bike ride with scenic views on a sunny day. On a rainy day, you can take a walk and then return for a hot spring foot soak to relax your muscles, which is just perfect~ Getting there is also quite convenient: By car: Navigate directly to 'Dapeng Hot Spring Park' for the free parking lot. By bus: Take Kuo-Kuang Bus 1815, Keelung Bus 790, or 862 to the 'Dapengli' stop. It's a 3-5 minute walk from there~ Afterwards, you can also visit Jinshan Old Street for food or see the Candlelight Mountain (燭臺雙嶼).
