Ideal Pet

Just wanted to chat casually today and do a little poll. Are you a dog person or a cat person? Feel free to chat with me about your reasons, or the breeds you'd like to own. If you already have pets, you can share their names and photos too. It's not limited to just dogs and cats! When I was little, I really wanted to own large, long-haired dogs like Huskies, Siberian Huskies, Golden Retrievers, Samoyeds, or Border Collies when I grew up. But after growing up, I completely became a cat person, hahaha. I don't have a specific type I want to own; any cat is fine. I tend to prefer tuxedo or tabby patterns, and when it comes to breeds, I have absolutely no resistance to Ragdolls. However, if I were to get one, I'd probably still choose a mixed breed.
