## How to Play Choose a character >> Enter the dungeon and fight monsters >> Get gold, items, etc. >> If you see a golden staircase, you can open it with a silver key (or if you get the Locksmith, you can open it with a skill). Inside, there's a random blessing, and the Monster Scholar might be there (the one who sells things). ## Characters The most commonly used character right now is the starting Fire Mage, but my favorite is the Shaman. The fox is awesome, and all the skins are good. - White 16 + Purple 10 (can be bought with 10,000 gold) + Orange 1 (requires an item, I think it's given after clearing the game) - 1,000 gold per pull, get +4 experience for the same character - 0 star to 1 star upgrade >> 20 experience (don't know the experience for later stars), 1,000 gold = 4 experience ## NPCs After playing a few rounds (or reaching a specific stage?), NPCs will be unlocked. (I remember it being quite easy) - Dwarf >> Adjusts dungeon difficulty and rewards. You can lower it back down if you can't beat it (free of charge). - Shaman >> Disables blessings you don't want to appear. Defaults to 3. - Fortune Teller >> Unlocks relics (still unclear, not enough fragments). - Monster Scholar >> Buys things, e.g., Runes (enhances character stats), Monster Essence (for dungeon upgrades). - Princess/Prince >> Pay-to-win stuff. (By the way, I think the Princess's pixel sprite is cuter, so I chose to save the Princess at the start. I don't know what the Prince's character art looks like, but he sells things.)
