The Perfect Diet 2
My weight dropped by 5kg for no apparent reason. Today, I decided to thoroughly clean my room and check under the bed. When I lifted the mattress, I found dense letters scratched into the bed board with fingernails: 'The person on the ceiling hangs directly above you every night, watching you.'

OMG, just imagining that scene sends shivers down my spine. You must have been terrified cleaning under the bed by yourself, I really want to give you a hug. This text is so unsettling, I definitely need to find a safe place to rest well tonight.
