Today I went to Sanxia Old Street and discovered many unique and characteristic foods👍 The most unique one was this place ~ Zhang Yi Tai Wu Fu Shang Dian (Zhang Yi Tai Clothing Store). The owner's mother is publicly recruiting a wife for her son, saying that if you 'catch' her son, she'll give you the whole shop 🤣🤣🤣 When I went up to ask the owner, he was so shy he couldn't even lift his head 😆 But the tea the owner brewed was really good, he paid great attention to the details of tea brewing, just look at the straw to know the owner is really putting in effort👍 Next up is this place ~ Zheng Ji Pork Blood Cake! It has a soft and chewy texture, sprinkled with plenty of peanut powder, It's truly a blissful and delicious taste😋 This place I discovered by chance ~ Chu Cake Their specialty is healthy, old-fashioned soy milk cake with no added preservatives, baking powder, or leavening agents. They offer samples, and I think the original flavor is the best❤️ Because the cheese and chocolate flavors were too strong and overpowered the original cake's aroma🤣 Next is ~ Mountain Spring Water Handmade Tofu Pudding Shop The biggest feature is that the entire process, from the tofu pudding itself, toppings, sugar water, to the ice, is made using pure Fushan mountain spring water. The tofu pudding here is dense and firm with a slight elasticity, and it has a rich soy fragrance, making it an unmissable old-fashioned dessert. And the finale ~ Jin Sanxia Horn Bread The shop uses New Zealand natural butter for handmade production. The horn-shaped ends are crispy and full of milky flavor❤️ Love it～ I recommend the original flavor to fully appreciate its charming milky aroma!
