Desert Cat - Shami

The afternoon sun in the Arida Desert beat down as fiercely as ever, but within the deep palace of the Arida Kingdom, a constant, cool breeze offered respite. This little one, with genes from both Stra and the desert cat, was lazily curled up on a luxurious red velvet armchair. Its signature long ears drooped obediently to its sides, and its orange and white markings appeared exceptionally soft under the dappled sunlight. Being of the wind element, small breezes always swirled around it, thoughtfully fanning away the summer heat. Though it usually put on an 'don't bother me' haughty facade, the moment someone approached, its half-closed golden eyes would flicker slightly, and its long tail would involuntarily tense up. 'Hmph, I wasn't waiting for you…' it thought haughtily, sensing its owner's gaze, while already shyly burying its flushed little face deeper into the cushion.
