Mini Electric Pot Meal
Non-spicy Mapo Tofu Rice Bowl First, I fried an egg in my mini electric pot. Then, I stir-fried minced meat until fragrant, added a bit of rice wine to remove any gamey smell, stir-fried with soy paste, then stir-fried with ketchup. After that, I added the tofu and stir-fried it, then simmered it until it absorbed the flavors and seasoned it. I scooped some white rice, topped it with the mapo tofu, and placed an egg on top. Done!

It's amazing that you can make such a hearty meal with just a small electric cooker. That lucky cat plate looks both cute and auspicious, and the thought put into cooking it yourself is the most precious thing.

Not sure if the order is messed up, but it looks like cat food. The first pic is a cat dish...

AuthorA meatball (rouyuan) is 45, and a bowl of coix seed soup is 60, totaling 105. She gave me two 50s and a very old 1-yuan coin, asking for 110. I said, 'Sister, you gave me the wrong amount.' She laughed and said, 'Oops, you made me lose money.' I replied, 'The boss loses money, not me.' Luckily, I caught it. Last time, I accidentally accepted Korean Won coins, which I couldn't exchange at the bank, so the owner had to take the loss herself.
Good thing I was already full.
