Sweet Breakfast~❤️

Woke up this morning to the smell of honey filling the house. Turns out my husband made honey apple pie 😍 Using scallion pancake as the pie crust, so creative 👍 Baked in the oven, it was like eating a mille-feuille cookie, shattering layer by layer with an intense crispiness! The salty and sweet flavors intertwined, with wild layers! The subtle savory scallion aroma from the crust wasn't out of place at all; instead, like fleur de sel, it completely brought out the sweetness of the honey. After biting through the crispy outer layer, the layers of crust near the apple filling, soaked in honey, had a chewy, soft, and elastic texture. This is simply an evil masterpiece!!! And... there was even soufflé!!! This is my husband's first time making soufflé~ Light, fluffy, moist, and dense, it was just perfect ❤️ Paired with cool kiwi, the contrasting hot and cold textures, and the layered sweet and sour flavors, I'm in love~❤️❤️❤️
