Morioka Famous Shop - Azuma Soba
In Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, Japan, there's a renowned soba noodle restaurant called 'Azuma'. They not only offer various soba dishes but also have a 'one-mouth soba' challenge. Each bowl is equivalent to one bite, so anyone who can eat 100 bowls is truly amazing! The portion size of 15 bowls of Azuma soba is equivalent to one bowl of regular clear soba. The average person can eat between 35 to 60 bowls. The attached photos show my sibling and me during our challenge. After returning home, we turned our certificates into this kind of life record board.
