However, as the story progressed, I unconsciously began to get invested in their experiences and looked forward to how they would intertwine with October Hall. The more I followed, the more I felt the charm of this work. The initially unfamiliar residents of the small town gradually become familiar faces, and the stories of different characters connect, with their relationships slowly emerging. Some characters who made a less-than-favorable impression upon their first appearance might become endearing in another chapter told from their perspective. This makes each character more three-dimensional. I also really liked the past chapters arranged by the author. Through gradual foreshadowing, the process of the October Hall owner opening the used bookstore and the events that occurred when it first opened are slowly revealed, making this protagonist increasingly charming. This manga doesn't have a bombastic plot; instead, it allows you to slowly immerse yourself in this small town, as if you've truly come to know the people connected to that used bookstore. It's a heartwarming little piece with a comfortable pace 😊
