Take a step back for a wider view

If taking one step back doesn't lead to a wider view, then... take two steps back? Change your perspective, and you'll always find a way! I saw a tourist the other day at the base of Taipei 101 trying to capture the entire building. He bent himself at a 90-degree angle, nearly hurting his back, yet his phone screen still couldn't fit the whole structure. It wasn't until his friend, laughing, pulled him across the street to a spot dozens of meters away that he could finally get a shot of the complete building. Sometimes, you need to take a few extra steps back to see the full picture and new possibilities. It's often the same with the stuck situations we face in daily life. People always advise taking a step back, but if you only move a little, you might still feel overwhelmed. If one step back doesn't offer clarity, why not boldly take two steps back? Create some distance, catch your breath, and you'll realize that the behemoth that was crushing you is merely a part of the vast landscape of life when viewed from afar. If you're feeling overwhelmed and lost by a difficult problem today, smile, take two steps back, and enjoy the breeze. Once your vision clears, your own way forward will naturally emerge!
