In 2026, the Ministry of Health and Welfare is promoting the 'Long-Term Care 3.0' new system, increasing subsidies for users of residential care services. Key points are as follows: 1. Increased Subsidy Amount: The maximum monthly subsidy will be raised from NT$10,000 to NT$15,000, with an annual maximum limit of NT$180,000. 2. Optimized Mechanism Conditions: The wealth-based restriction is removed. Eligibility checks will be changed from annual calculation to 'monthly recognition' (if admitted for at least half a month within the month, it will be recognized). 3.
