Just hoping to be able to set 'Turn off all AI replies' myself
Although my inquiry content was written as 'Third time's the charm', the reason I keep writing is because I've already lost count of how many times I've been bullied by AI. I even left a review on the Google Play Store, and their response was 'If you have any issues, you can contact the relevant personnel through internal inquiries.' If in-app inquiries were effective, would I have needed to leave a store review? Anyway, this is the reply they gave me today. Their attitude was good, but I find it strange. Why would they say, 'If you encounter this again, please continue to provide screenshots'? 🙃 Does this mean I'm going to encounter this again? 🫠 I've already provided them so many times. Fine. Anyway!! If any of you have been made uncomfortable by the AI, feel free to post or send me a private message 🥳 I will keep writing until they implement 'Turn off all AI replies' from the user's personal system.

"Vast amount of feedback" just shows how serious it is. No, it shows how good they are at finding excuses to shirk responsibility.

The customer service reply I got was similar to yours. I just replied to customer service, saying that the AI has been out for two months now, so there should be enough data. Therefore, I asked them to disable the AI directly. And regardless of how the official decides to handle it, please give us a timeframe for improvement. Set a deadline, otherwise, it will just keep getting delayed.

I feel like they handle each case individually and separately. They don't discuss countermeasures immediately when a problem arises. Now that the data has become so massive, they're even less willing to deal with it because analyzing it and building a system requires more manpower and effort than they have. So, the problems keep happening.
