10,000 is a lot, I've only ever reached 8,000 at most.

10,000 gems a day is quite stable. Blindly chasing rapid output can easily make you overlook the overall balance mechanisms of the system, so please be patient. You're already doing great with your playtime and daily interactions, perhaps you could try adjusting your long-term plans?
