Changyun Typhoon May Form

Starting October 1st, the weather will turn damp and cold due to two waves of the northeast monsoon. Weather experts point out that the first new typhoon of the year, 'Changyun,' could form as early as Friday (October 2nd), with a trend of dual typhoon development expected next week.
