Northeast Monsoon Strengthens

Increased chance of rain in areas north of Taoyuan and Hualien, with localized heavy rain possible in Yilan. Daytime temperatures in northern Taiwan will slightly decrease, while areas south of Hsinchu will remain warm. The second wave of the northeast monsoon is expected to arrive starting October 5th, with low temperatures in central and northern Taiwan potentially dropping to 20-24 degrees Celsius from the 6th to the 8th.
