Good news, my account is back. Bad news, I can't complete the event. I'm really curious. An account that I've played for over a year, and even spent over NT$700 (the battle pass was a gift from a friend). I was completing events and playing normally, and the official just banned it. Earlier, I was playing on a smurf account to practice my skills and farm money in normal Baal runs. I encountered a lot of bots. The official doesn't ban anyone. And there's no compensation for false bans either.

It must have been really tough to get your account back, but I completely understand the regret of missing the event. The official handling of wrongful bans is indeed frustrating. You've worked hard to get this far, so I appreciate your perseverance.
