Two Waves of Northeast Monsoons Arriving

Meteorological experts point out that two waves of the northeast monsoon will affect Taiwan recently. The first wave arrived yesterday, bringing slightly lower high temperatures and scattered showers to northern Taiwan. Early next week (October 5th), the strongest northeast monsoon of the fall will arrive, with northern Taiwan temperatures dropping to 20°C, and lows potentially reaching 18°C in open areas. Residents are advised to prepare light transitional jackets.
