Northeast Monsoon Brings Temperature Drop

Starting tomorrow (5th), the second wave of the northeast monsoon will move south, bringing daytime highs in northern Taiwan down to 25-26°C. Localized lows at night and in the early morning could reach 18°C. The National Day holiday period is expected to be mostly cloudy to clear in the western half of Taiwan, suitable for outdoor activities.
