Weather Change
The weather suddenly got chilly recently, and my throat feels weird again, plus I can feel a runny nose coming. Gotta take some medicine quickly. After October, it's always the same old story of sniffles left and right. Could it be that the vaccine I got last year has expired? 🤨🤨

Layering clothes is more important. Wear a mask too, and take breaks with warm water. Seasonal changes are really annoying.
