Autumn's Strongest Northeast Monsoon Unleashed
Affected by the northeast monsoon, Yahoo Weather forecasts heavy rain for the greater Taipei area and the northeast. Northern Taiwan will experience the heaviest rainfall today and a noticeable drop in temperature. The low temperature on Wednesday (October 7th) might fall below 20 degrees Celsius (dipping into the low teens). This impact will continue through the National Day holiday. Additionally, Typhoon 'Noru' may form soon.
