Pan-fried Buns

I originally thought the kid wouldn't like the buns because their size varied so much. I spent extra money on better flour, only to discover it had more additives 😱 Taking 'Feng's' advice, I got out the digital scale. The sizes are more even now, but they still don't look great. I pan-fried a batch this morning, and the little brat complained again 😑 Later, I fried another batch, and the neighbors praised them, saying I could open a stall 😱😱 Well... 🙄🙄🙄
