Tips for House Hunting
I'm planning to move out soon and am currently scheduling viewings for apartments. Does anyone have experience with this? What are the must-check points? What should I know and check beforehand? I hope someone can give me some pointers. I've already read a lot of advice, but I'm still worried there might be something I'm missing! I'd appreciate any suggestions!

Check the bathroom, moisture, drainage, lighting, ventilation, paint condition (watch out for mold), soundproofing, leaks, and electricals. Also, the rental agreement and contract.

As long as I can live comfortably, it's fine as long as the furniture isn't too expensive and is okay.

I think it's better not to sign immediately after the first viewing, even if it seems good, because there are too many details to pay attention to. I got burned the first time....... Now I have some experience
