Breakfast - My Own Way of Pan-Frying Toast
My mom used to dip toast in egg wash and pan-fry it. She called it French toast, but I found out later that wasn't the case 😅😅 Anyway, I have my own way of making/eating it. Whisk eggs with a suitable amount of milk. Soak the toast in the mixture until it's fully absorbed. Then, take it out and pan-fry until golden brown on both sides. If you feel it's not sweet enough after eating, you can spread some jam on it!

Am I wrong! I always do it this way, dipping toast in egg and frying it, and kids really like it! They even happily call it French toast~ I also tried adding green onions, but the kid didn't like it either 🙄🙄 I haven't tried adding milk, I'll buy another loaf of bread next time and give it a shot~
