Sometimes, we think we can't let go of a person, but in reality, we can't let go of the times that won't come back, and the self that once gave its all for love. Falling in love is like two people holding hands and walking in the dark night. What's most precious isn't how fast you walk, but that even when you can't see the road ahead, your partner never let go of your hand. Many people believe 'compatibility' exists naturally, but true compatibility is never about being a perfect fit from the start. It's about two independent individuals willing to take a step back for each other, to adjust and compromise, turning 'me' into 'us'. In relationships, the hardest part isn't arguments, but indifference and silence. When someone can't even be bothered to argue with you, when explaining feels like too much effort, that relationship has truly reached its end. Don't try to hold onto someone whose heart is no longer with you. Forced companionship is just another form of loneliness. If a relationship makes you increasingly insecure and self-doubting, then it's not worth holding onto. True love should allow you to see the whole world through one person, not make you give up the whole world for one person. It should make you feel secure and at peace, empowering you to be your truest self, rather than living in constant anxiety. Let go of those you've missed and leave them in the past; they are lessons from growth. Some people appear in your life to walk with you for a while, and then teach you appreciation and independence through their departure. Don't regret, don't resent. After turning away, remember to gather your thoughts and move on. Give yourself time, and learn.
