So that's how it is
I found out that because a family member moved to the south and partnered with someone to start a food truck business. It's not a typical food truck, but one for funerals. The bereaved family hires the food truck to come to the site, setting up food and drinks for the guests attending the memorial service. I only just learned that the south is different from the north. In the north, they provide bento boxes for funerals, while in the south, they hire food trucks. Perhaps it's also because the north has less space to set up food next to a food truck on site. I find this custom very unique.

I live in the south and this is my first time hearing about food trucks. In the south, I've encountered situations where after the funeral is over and everything is cleaned up, attendees are given a small packed meal. I've also experienced banquets held after funerals.

I haven't seen any with buffet cars, most of them were banquet-style.

I've never seen a food truck either. My family had a catered meal at home after the funeral (they cook and deliver it).

Regional customs differ! I've never seen a food truck either. In my case, we have a banquet at home after the funeral (the restaurant cooks and delivers the food).
