What transportation do you guys use when traveling to other cities now?
I used to think time is money and I had to take the high-speed rail to get there as fast as possible. My thoughts have changed a bit now. On weekends, if you don't book reserved seats on the high-speed rail in advance, they're often hard to come by. Sometimes, even buying a ticket a day before for certain times isn't guaranteed. Instead of standing the whole way, it's better to just relax on a bus 😉 I've actually started enjoying this downtime where I can't do much. Catching up on sleep, listening to music, or just looking out the window. Is anyone else like me, switching from the high-speed rail camp to the bus camp? Or do you choose the regular train? Drive yourself? Or are you still in the high-speed rail camp?

The swaying train car is like turning a page to a quiet blank space. Was the sunlight flowing by the window gentle just now? Occasionally slowing down is like changing a punctuation mark for your daily life.

Checking the itinerary? If it's for leisure, driving is definitely more convenient if you plan to visit more unique places.

I just take the train to save money (student life is kinda tight XDD). For short distances, I use the bus~ Long train rides let you relax your body and mind, while short bus trips give you a chance to zone out and think 😆

I'm in Keelung, and just getting to Taipei to start my journey takes over an hour (# So I'll focus on speed, since I don't have that much vacation time anyway.
