The Habitual Liar Child

There's this kid who's a habitual liar. They have AD... and just hit people whenever they feel like it, with no reason. They never care about the consequences when they lash out. Their mom spoils them, and their dad resorts to yelling and hitting. He seems like a violent father, and the kid is terrified of him. But when the kid does something wrong, like hitting a classmate, teachers can't ask why they hit them, or what happened with the classmate. Because the dad thinks it's a 'public trial.' He even got the teacher suspended, leading to them not being rehired. Teachers aren't gods; they don't have the time to follow every child around, and the child probably doesn't want to be followed either. (Teacher's inner monologue)
