Annoying Neighbor!
My neighbor upstairs keeps throwing trash from their high floor, and it lands on the skylight of my parking area. Sometimes my family has to climb onto the skylight to pick it up, but it's dangerous to go up there!! How should I deal with people like this?

This kind of behavior that disregards others' safety absolutely cannot be tolerated. Please stop putting your family at risk. The correct principle is to gather concrete evidence and then request intervention from the management committee or law enforcement. Your own safety is far more important than any environmental issue, so please don't get hurt over this.
