Horror Short Story - Panicked About Losing Weight

Walking alone in a deserted dark alley at night, a pale-faced female ghost with no lower body suddenly clung to me, opening her monstrous mouth and threatening me: "Hehehe... Give me your life! Otherwise, I'll suck your vital energy dry!" Terrified, I fell to the ground and stammered, "Wait... what happens if you suck my vital energy?" The ghost sneered, "You'll be exhausted, dizzy, weak in the limbs, and your weight will plummet!" I was stunned for a moment, then my eyes lit up. I grabbed her hand and said, "There's such a thing?! You suck! Go ahead and suck! I've been trying to lose weight for three years and I can't!" The ghost froze for a second, pulled her hand back, and took two steps back: "...Never mind.
