How to Easily Remove Stubborn Labels and Residue from Bottles or Packaging?

Normally, when we buy glass jars, plastic containers, or new tableware, tearing off price tags or product stickers often leaves sticky residue that's hard to remove with fingernails and can even cause pilling. At times like these, you can easily solve the problem by using common kitchen 'oils': 💡 Simple Steps for Residue Removal 1. Apply oil: Coat the residue or sticker with a layer of ordinary cooking oil (olive oil, salad oil, etc., or baby oil or lotion will also work). 2. Let it soak: Leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes. The oil molecules will slowly penetrate the gaps in the adhesive, breaking down its stickiness. 3. Wipe away easily: Gently rub with the rough side of a sponge (or a cloth, paper towel), and the residue will peel off in clumps like lint. 🔍 Principle Analysis Adhesives are mostly oil-soluble substances, so using oil can effectively dissolve the adhesive.
