Is entering the market this early really a good idea? 🤔

Below are my humble thoughts, for reference only ⬇️: The Taiwan stock market has continuously plummeted from 49,000 points to today, partly influenced by the US election and the uncertainty of future AI policies. Most US investors panicked and sold off, resulting in only the SOX index falling among the four major indices 📉. While the Taiwan stock market might be entering the early stages of a bear market, it doesn't necessarily mean the future is unclear. This is because most companies in Taiwan have revenue and significant profits. Currently, it's just a correction in valuation and market panic. Is the National Stabilization Fund 💰 entering for the 10th time too soon? Let's first assess multiple factors such as 1️⃣ exchange rates, 2️⃣ margin trading balances, 3️⃣ foreign investor trends, and 4️⃣ corporate profits. While defending the market now will undoubtedly stabilize investor sentiment, whether it truly benefits the correction of Taiwan's stock market value still depends on observing various figures today, including 1️⃣ US stock night trading, 2️⃣ the dynamics of Trump's investment advisors, 3️⃣ US policy changes in recent months, and 4️⃣ non-farm payrolls. What's more interesting is that Taiwan is approaching a general election, and the Federal Reserve hasn't decided whether to raise interest rates in December. We'll have to observe for a while longer to see if the stock market will truly stabilize ☺️
