Nice to meet you. I'm Cyril. Since September, has anyone else been experiencing issues with the video ads for daily bonus gems, 100 hearts, etc.?? I thought it might be an issue with my device, so I've restarted my phone and uninstalled/reinstalled Playio multiple times, but the result hasn't changed, so I came here to ask.

Has there been a silent change to how post view counts are measured recently...? 🤔 For example, a post I saw this morning had comments from 4 people including myself, but when I check now, the view count is still 1... 😂 Likes can be given without opening the post, so maybe they don't count towards views, but you definitely have to open it to comment, right? I suspect they changed it to get accurate view counts from others, because previously, even if the poster reloaded or reopened the page themselves, the view count would increase. But maybe it's a bug... lol Either way, it was a silent update, so I don't know the purpose, and it's frustrating not knowing if it's a temporary bug or a change made with more specific conditions in mind... Of course, not all posts have a view count of 1, so it might just be a bug affecting some posts... It's not causing any immediate disadvantage, but if the goal was accurate view counting, isn't it actually working incorrectly now! 😂 Has anyone inquired about this or have any information? 🤔 ※Update I've submitted an inquiry, but no response yet.

There's a way to post links with thumbnails in the community, but I'm experiencing a bug where tapping them doesn't open them. URLs directly written in the post body function correctly as links and open when tapped. ⬇This one opens, but the thumbnail doesn't. I've seen a few posts saying the icon on the quest tab page isn't showing up, making it impossible to collect hearts. The Daily Quest 💘 icon is also on the Home tab (formerly Today). Even if the quest page has a bug, it seems it might still be displayed on the Home page. Here's how to access Daily Quests if it's not showing there either: ① From the Home page or Profile to the League page 　Under 'My Tier' in the top right, go to the very bottom of the details section and find 'Daily Quests' > 　You can access the daily list from this '>'. ② From your collected hearts on the Home page to the Heart Wallet 　You can access Daily Quests from 'Collect Hearts'. ② is easier 😊 Addendum Alternative route to Dungeons 　Profile Screen → Dungeon Participation Count 　Profile Screen → Dungeon Achievements → The cave/tunnel-like emoji in the top right

This might be something obvious by now, but I only recently learned about it from the free board, so I'm sharing it as a memo m(_ _)m When you post, just pasting a URL as is will result in a text-only link. However, I've seen some people post with thumbnails, so I asked, and apparently, when you're writing a post, if you press the 🔗 icon next to the image button, a unique frame appears, and you can post with a thumbnail by entering the URL there. I tried it myself, and I confirmed that the thumbnail was already attached at the text input stage ✨️ I had always wondered how to post with a thumbnail… lol To the person who taught me, thank you again m(_ _)m Also, this thumbnail link feature doesn't work in the comment section. In fact, pasting a URL in the comment section doesn't even create a link. I think it used to work before… maybe it was changed or fixed by an update? 🤔 You can copy comments from the three dots menu in the top right of the comment, but please be aware of this m(_ _)m

I calculated which treasure chest is the most profitable. This time, I excluded EXP potions and considered everything else as a win to calculate the odds. Elf - 200 Hearts: Miss 86.3%, Hit 13.7%, Expected Value 0.68 Wind - 500 Hearts: Miss 73%, Hit 27%, Expected Value 0.54 Ancient Royal - 1000 Hearts: Miss 56.15%, Hit 43.85%, Expected Value 0.43 At first glance, Elf seems best, but that's only if you don't consider the contents. Let's calculate the efficiency by converting the contents into gems. (Boosters are complicated, so I'll exclude them from the calculation) Elf Gem Efficiency: 209 (104.5 per 100 gems) Wind Gem Efficiency: 490 (98 per 100 gems) Ancient Royal Gem Efficiency: 1530 (153 per 100 gems) Looking at this, Ancient Royal seems best, but when you multiply the efficiency by the expected value: Elf: 71.6 Wind: 52.92 Ancient Royal: 65.79 Therefore, if you want to aim for stability by increasing your chances with more attempts, Elf is the way to go. If you want a big payout when you do hit and are aiming for a jackpot, Ancient Royal is better. Wind is so weak it's nonsensical, so you're better off skipping it. Thank you for reading to the end.

There's a new Action Quest with a pretty high reward, isn't there? ※I tried clearing about 30 stages of SwapRush match3. 　However, I don't understand what it means to "collect XX gems". 　The "Achieve" button hasn't appeared yet either. As I play the game, gems accumulate, so does it refer to the cumulative total? I also don't know where to check how many gems I've collected through this Action Quest so far. I tried contacting support, but they misunderstood the event start popup as "achieved". I asked a total of three questions: the two points above, plus "it should have been achieved but isn't reflected". They only responded to the third question, saying "If you achieved it, please report again with a screenshot", and ignored the first two questions. I suspect they might be relying solely on AI for responses without human review. Does anyone know?

Regarding the current event I introduced in the linked post, the banner, which is the only way to open the event page, has disappeared. Clearing cache and restarting the device had no effect. I'm currently inquiring about this matter, and also requested that they put the event page in the usual, more accessible location, as it's currently hard to find. For now, you can still get the items needed for the lottery, so let's collect items while we wait for it to come back. 〇Update The banner is back!

This started yesterday and is a short-term event lasting only one week! If you're eligible and interested, hurry, hurry!! Normally, you can access the event page from various places, but this time, you can only find it through the banner at the very bottom of the 'Today' tab. (See the first image). I had no idea and a kind person told me 🤣 What's more, there's no direct link, so I have to come here every time I want to draw a prize. I've attached screenshots of the event page when opened in images 2 and 3. As before, players who have already played are excluded. This event is for those who install for the first time via Playio during the period. You can draw prizes using the 'items' you get from clearing time quests and hidden quests to obtain gems and coins. The puzzles are easy and the hidden quests offer great rewards, so definitely participate!
