You might think it requires many spices, but it's surprisingly easy to make with just coriander, cumin, turmeric, and chili pepper (ichimi togarashi). It's simpler and less heavy than store-bought roux, which is a lifesaver~!

Today I went to lunch at a restaurant my sister has been wanting to try! She's always said she wanted to go because of the famous chestnut rice, and we finally made it happen 😊 I was so surprised when it came out, there were huge chestnuts mixed in, I had to move them aside just to eat the rice... lol Since the rice was mixed, they didn't over-season the chestnuts, and they were fluffy and delicious~ദ്ദി(๑•؎ •)

Went there for a work event 😊 It was September, so they were having a Korean fair at the Sarala buffet, and I ate things like tteokbokki and yangnyeom chicken. Tteokbokki was chewy and delicious!
