It rained again today, so I gave up on walking and just used the equipment at Oksu Station. The sky on the other side of the Han River caught my eye, so I ran over and took a few pictures. I finished my workout by doing pull-ups, bench presses, and leg presses. The clouds seemed to move quickly, as the sky had changed to something else. I ran over again and took more pictures. I'm just uploading a few photos of the neighborhood across the river, thanks to the sky.

Had dinner with some old acquaintances for the first time in a while. We get together for drinks about once a quarter. It's past the kids' bedtime, and they're asking me to come home quickly, but honestly, I want to hang out longer hahaha

Quests are still at 0, game rewards are barely 500 gems even after playing for 2 full hours. Plus, it changed from 350k to 490k. Is it really time to quit? Mistplay also changed to requiring you to level up to get rewards, like that other app, and now there's a bug where it doesn't give any rewards at all. Around the time you finish writing and post a somewhat lengthy piece, if someone comments and the view count jumps up, it'll likely appear at the top or second spot on the recommended posts. Of course, even if it appears lower down, it'll move up if comments and views increase. But it's not easy. There are only one or two visible recommended posts. People don't like scrolling, and frankly, they're not that interested in others' posts. They tend to flock to the top ones. It's like the rich get richer. They might even leave random comments without reading the content. If there weren't benefits, posts might stay visible longer and get more views on the community, which is a shame. However. My blood pressure was 170/110 at my company health checkup, and it's been four and a half months since I started my diet. It was a level that required immediate hospital visit, but when I measured it at home, it was around 150/100. So I decided to try something before going to the hospital. I started my diet in my late forties. I started at BMI 26.5 and I'm now at 21.7. My blood pressure has also come down to a normal level of about 120/80. But whenever they measure it at work, it shows high blood pressure. It's upsetting. So the diet continues. My goal is BMI 20.

Repeated disasters are a result of human actions. Is there no plan? Incompetent government.
